Can I record my phone calls?

Yes, that feature comes with our 3-line and 4-line dialers, and it can be added to our 1-line dialers. You can record all connected calls in a campaign and use them for training, monitoring and customer satisfaction. Just be sure to be aware of the laws and regulations in your state. You can enable the Call Recording feature by going to the settings for your Calling Campaign, go to page 2 of the Settings and checking the Yes box for Enable Recording.

The system will store a call recording for up to 90-days and they can be accessed by going to "Calling Campaigns" then "Calling Reports". Here you can search for your call history by data or campaign. Then after you initiate a search and called with the status of "Answered" will have a recording next to it that you can listen to or download.
