Creating a Calling Campaign

A calling campaign can be created by following the steps below. It is important to have a .csv file with your contacts ready to upload.

Calling Campaigns are calling lists that you upload into your account via spreadsheets formatted as .csv (comma separated value). These files contain the names, phone numbers, and other information about a list of customers and must first be uploaded into the account before you can begin calling.


1. Click on the Calling Campaigns options from the menu.

2. Then click on Create Campaign.

3. Type a name for it into the Campaign Name box.

4. Select the Country.

5. Click Choose File and browse your computer to find the .CSV file you wish to upload (Campaigns are limited to 10,000 numbers per sheet.)

6. Click Next Step at bottom of page.

7. Set your campaign options, including things like Caller ID number, phone ring time. etc.

8. Click Next Step at bottom of page.

9. Here you can select an SMS and/or email template to be sent while you are on a call.

10. Click Next Step at bottom of page.

11. Next to each data field you wish to upload, click Select An Option. A drop down will appear with data points from your spreadsheet, then match the data from your sheet in to each space you need. (i.e. select First Name for the first name field).

12. Press the Submit button at the bottom of the page,

13. Your campaign is now created.
