How do I change my payment information?

You can log in to our billing portal from the manager account of your ProspectBoss account or follow the link below.

To update or change your payment information you can login to our billing portal here. Within the billing portal you can update your billing information and more including:

  • Add/delete credit cards
  • Update billing address
  • View/download invoices
  • Cancel subscriptions 

If you have never logged into the billing portal, you can set up a password by following this link. You must use the email you signed up with our your account information will not be linked.
