How can I change my Agent account's password?

You can change passwords to any Agent account under the View Users tab while logged into your Manager account.

You can change the password for your Agent account by following the directions below.

 

1. Log in to your Manager account (using you Manager account username and password).

2. Click the label on the main menu titled Users then click View users in the sub menu.

3. Find the user you would like to reset your password too then click the Edit button to the right hand side of their profile. (Button is shaped like a person's head with a pencil.)

4. Scroll down to Password and change it to your desired password and then enter the password again in Confirm Password

5. Click Update to save the changes.
