We require a written cancellation, this can either be done within your account under "My Account" or you can send an email to accounting@prospectboss.com
You can cancel at any time using one of the two methods below.
1. Send a written request of your cancellation to accounting@prospectboss.com with your name and account details. Once the email has been received we will contact you to process your cancellation.
2. In the upper right hand corner, click on your profile name. A drop down menu will appear, click on "My Account".
Your account setting will load and in the upper right hand corner, under your account name, there is a button labeled "Cancellation"
The form will pop up and you will be able to select whether you'd like to simply suspend your account for $15/month (Keep your account and leads) or cancel without saving your leads.
