How do I change the Caller ID on a Calling Campaign?

You can change the Caller ID by selecting the edit option on any campaign.

To change the Caller ID for a Calling Campaign:

1. Log in to your Agent account.

2. Click the Calling Campaigns option on the menu and then click My Campaigns.

3. Click the Action button next to the campaign you wish to change the caller id for (button shaped like three dots).

4.Click Edit.

5. On the first Settings page, click Next Step to go to page 2, then scroll down until you see a box labeled Select Caller ID and choose from the following caller ID options:

Local Presence: the Caller ID will change to match a phone number from the customer’s area code, Choose Your Own Caller ID: allows you to type in your own caller ID number below.
PB Number: uses your accounts inbound phone number as the Caller ID.

6. Press Next Step to go to page 3, then press Submit to save changes.
