How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is different depending on if you are on a live call or not. See below for full steps:

When on a live call.

1. Click on the “Appointment” disposition button at the right side call screen.

2. Fill in the date, time and location

3. Press Submit.


When not on a live call.

1. On the Dashboard screen click "Create Appointment" at the top of the Activities list
2. When the box pops up, fill in the appointments name, phone number, email, then the date, time for your appointment. You can also type in any notes.
3. Press Submit.
