Time-Zone Protection allows the system to check the area codes of numbers you’re dialing and if it sees that area code is outside the normal FTC regulated call hour.
Time-Zone protection is a function inside the ProspectBoss platform that allows the system to check the area codes of numbers you’re dialing and if it sees that area code is outside the normal FTC regulated call hours of 9am to 9pm it will block that call from being made at that time.
To use this function you simply have to enable it in the Settings of your Campaign either during campaign creation or at any time by editing the campaign’s settings.. Inside the Settings for your campaign there is an option labeled “Time-Zone Protection” and you simply enable it there.
